“Villa Salema - Christmas Vacation”

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Salema for our Christmas holiday. The owner, his wife and the staff were all very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect! The rooms were beautiful and we were able to rest, relax and soak in the huge bathtub! I can't describe very well in words how amazing the view of the ocean is from the salt water pool. The food prepared by the staff was deeelicious! The menu was extensive with lots to choose from and it's very convenient that the staff is available all day from morning 'til night. We will definitely return again. Thank you for absolutely the best winter vacation I've ever had. =)

“one week in paradise”

I had the pleasure of spending a full week in villa Salema in company of friends and family. Apparently we were one of the first guests as the house is absolutely beautiful and all new ; entirely furnished with old furniture . Everything was absolutely perfect and very nicely organized, from the cooking to the service...the kindness of Bali ! The house is located in the true and authentic Bali area as you cannot find it anymore in Denpasar and surroundings. The house is in front of the sea, and you get there, after leaving the main road, through rice fields and Coconut plantation; but you do not end up in the middle of nowhere, as the house is integrated among : not easy to see similar houses . During our stay it was possible to match Farniente around one of the 2 salted water swimming pools, the one in the back being totally independent and shaded most of the day. We were also able to admire the surfers in action as on the right hand side of the beach there is a well-known spot and yet not over crowded . The rest of the time we went on visiting with a hired driver the beautiful area...one week was not enough to see it all. It was not my first visit in Bali but I really appreciated that "out of the regular paths, and away from the crowds " stay. Oh yes I will be back; you can count on it ! Thank you very much for this unforgettable stay.
