Renting cost of the villas depend on the season.

| High Season | Mid June to 31 August | |
| Peak Season | Mid December to 08 January | |
Each villa can be rented separatly, or we can also rent each villa per rooms.
We have different type of rooms:
- Standard
- Superior
- Individual bungalow
- 2 bedrooms villa
All villa rates are net of service charges and government tax.
Rates include the exclusive use of the whole villa and listed facilities, staff including a cook, room and pool attendants, gardeners and security, swimming pools.
